Ingredients Bamboo Sticky Rice
- Sticky rice: Opt for a fragrant, plump variety like sticky rice.
- Bamboo or reed: Fresh bamboo or reed, not too old or too young, approximately 30cm long.
- Banana leaves: Used to seal the bamboo.
- Fresh coconut water: (Optional)
- Salt: A pinch to enhance the flavor.
Instructions Bamboo Sticky Rice
- Prepare the bamboo: Select fresh bamboo, cut into 30cm lengths. Rinse the inside of the bamboo.
